This week features one of our Customer Service Representatives, Phil Stark! Phil’s been with us for six months now, having started in February of this past year.
Phil moved to Arizona in October of 2016 after leaving his job at LeTourneau University in Texas to get married. Working at Print.Save.Repeat was his first job in Arizona, which he found out about through Chris Van Egmond at Stark’s in-law’s New Year’s party.
When asked, Phil says he really enjoys working with his coworkers and specifically has become good friends with Nathan Carter, our Customer Service Manager.
Since he’s been on the team, Phil has helped with the filming of some of our Youtube videos and tutorials, and he says it’s been one of his favorite projects.
In our last question, we asked Phil what he would say to someone who was interested in working here. His response was, “Be prepared to ask a lot of questions while also doing a lot of learning on the job. The toner business is complicated yo.” We definitely agree!
Phil wanted to leave us with one more thought: “I really like what the business stands for and the desire to produce high quality products at an affordable price, while also maintaining a high level of customer service.”
